Shannon Hills is a passionate advocate for living life on purpose, with energy and perseverance. One of her favorite quotes is from the poem Attitude by Charles Swindoll, “I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it”. In addition to working full-time, in March 2009, Shannon will launch a fitness company for women called Spirit and Body in Motion. The company’s goal is to transform women’s health from the inside out so we can live the victorious life God intended.
